Product Range
Resimac are renowned for the development and use of novel cold curing materials for repairing, bonding and corrosion prevention. Their Corrosion Protection products are ideal for protecting metallic and concrete surfaces from weathering, UV degradation, chemical and abrasive attack. The extensive product range is based on a variety of polymer systems including, epoxy, epoxy novolac, polyurethane , polyurea, silicone and acrylics, and the products are formulated both as repair pastes and high build protective coatings.
Technological innovation is core to Resimac’s business strategy. The Research and Development Department is headed up by Dr Paul Battey who has over 40 years experience working in the polymer industry and previously as Technical Director for Belzona Polymerics Ltd. In addition, Resimac’s technical resource has recently has been strongly reinforced by the arrival of Ian Robinson, previously the Technical Director of E Wood Ltd which was part of the 3M Group. In recent years Resimac have pioneered research and development into polymer coating technology, which through extensive independent testing by major oil companies has become widely accepted.
